We Are ALL Better Together Campaign for Sewall is Launched
The 17th Champions for Children and We Are ALL Better Together campaign kickoff held on May 3rd was a resounding success. Thanks to you, our partners and friends, we hit a milestone in attendance and giving. You raised over $75,000 for the children and families at Sewall, and 270 people were there to celebrate the kickoff of the We Are ALL Better Together campaign.
Thanks to the Koelbel Family, who announced that for every dollar raised for Sewall over the next few months they would match it up to $250,000. Through this tremendous generosity, we launched the campaign for Sewall with a bang, raising over $75,000 at the luncheon! That means with the Koelbel family match we raised over $150,000 for our children, families, and teachers so far. By raising $175,000 more we will realize the full $250,000 match! Through your support, we know we can achieve the full $250,000 match. Please give today and let’s do this!

The Physical Environment: Support for the Koelbel building operations and accessibility and learning-environment upgrades across all of our locations

The Educational Environment: Support for early childhood educator and related professional’s salaries, professional development, and transdisciplinary curriculum

The Family Environment: Support to help meet families’ full ability to afford Sewall, as well as advocacy training and family educational workshops
Maximize your gift. The Koelbel Family has announced a challenge matching grant of $250,000. Every dollar you give will be doubled for the children and families served by Sewall!
Please remember that 50{3636cb0a451a12ed88382a3e0ed28b2223ede70e167d2b3efd87582f6f12e3da} of your donation, up to $100,000 you will receive back as a tax credit in Colorado.

Rose Community Foundation 2018-2019 Endowment Cohort Program
Sewall Child Development Center has successfully completed the Rose Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Endowment Cohort program. This program is part of a complete suite of support and training services that are offered to organizations that house an endowment fund at the Foundation and are ready to promote a culture of endowment giving through current or future gifts.
In addition to Sewall, the 2018-2019 cohort participants were Brent’s Place, Urban Peak, Third Way Center, Brent’s Place, and Logan School for Creative Learning.
